I think ( my opinion ) that it's more of cultural and not religious

Arabs are religious, love women but rape is uncommon among them ( or under-reported, my opinion)

Moslem northerners have their fair share of rape like every region

But Nigerians generally whether northerner or southerner have ample of sexual pool to choose partners from whether married or single

So, resorting to rape is not a culture because men here have ample opportunities to ease their lust either through gf, side chicks or even olosho, lol

However, Indians ( from their movies) hardly have sexual partners while Pakistani women are hardly seen outside without male escort so sex is often forced on available women..
