Exceed15:we are not saying the same thing....you are saying a war torn country is supplying Nigeria with food, you are singling out Nigeria for mockery. And I am telling you a War torn country is supplying the entire world with food including the US and the European union so take Nigerias Name out your foul mouth...... |

Thundafireseun:Oga can't you people read ? The UN went there to buy from them and then gave it to Nigeria.....did Ukraine tell you they were not paid? Or because you hate your country they should not collect gifts anymore? Or for your mind this gift is the only grain coming into Nigeria? Have you ever asked yourself where Indomie and co get their grain from? Or the pasta and wheat that you eat where do you think a large supply of them come from? Do Nigerian companies not pay for them ? Or because we received a gift of grain for your mind Nigeria and Nigerians don't have money to import their own grain? Why are you people just always stupid like this? |

leokid866:There's nothing wrong with UN buying from Ukraine but the salient message is If a war torn country like Ukraine can do so well in agriculture then why not Nigeria. Tinubu should do more in that area, that's the message. |

There are a lot of people interested in doing something like this, how do you combine it with work? Can you open a thread where you do a sort of mini-lecture? Exousiang01: |

Ghostagain:Oga you're an idiot I swear, so for your mind the system is split in two one for the poor one for the rich🤣🤣🤣.......that's why when they said people should come for their vaccine they asked the rich to come first....it seems you are projecting your insecurities on the US health system cause if you have money no one is asking you not to go to private hospital that are to your taste, that doesn't mean others won't get the same treatment as you.....I know a friend who had a kidney operation in Bellevue a private hospital in New york....his bill was 15k $ but 13k got covered by Obamacare could he have paid the money? sure but why stress when there's a social net available to everybody......it was while visiting him I got cornered by the nurses to take a course on drug use, signs to watch out for if a person is using certain drugs and what to do if they have an overdose.....this was in 2013.....the program was supported by the UN and WHO in partnership with one NGO...i don't have to prove anything to you I have experienced it 🤣🤣🤣...... |

4. The same UN and other parties provided substantial assistance to Anambra State after the devastating 2012 flooding - so I’m sure you, Mr Peter Obi, know what “humanitarian intervention” means. You were the Governor of Anambra then. Obi even received assistance from UN when he was the Governor of Anambra. I said it that Obi and his followers are fake and gullible.... |

leokid866:Are you talking about the same America we all know? The same manufacturing and development giant with multi diversified economy, a country which is an export giant with many many many sources of revenue.. Are you seriously comparing them to us? A country which has "only oil"? Is agric not our easiest route to have something else other than oil? Comparing us to America? Seriously? Wonders! Your brand of weed is too damn much mehn! |

| Re: Tolu Ogunlesi Replies Peter Obi On Ukraine's Grains by ddippset(m): 3:07pm On Mar 05, 2024 |
leokid866:Yes of course! But That question is irrelevant to the discuss. We are the ones in dire need of an alternative to oil production not America. Questions must be asked how a war torn country strives so well in Agriculture while we cannot. |

drtwist:Like Peter, like his followers. The war that didn’t stop Ukraine from selling grains, which is one of its largest export won’t stop them from making donations to the UN. Perhaps we shouldn’t take donations from the UN because Gringory Linus Obi lost an election and still want to pander to his mob. By the way, you should go check on your fellow Obidients on twitter who have been having a field day exposing themselves as service-for-hire ‘patriots’. Ndi saint lovers of Nigeria. |

blancsn1:Do not get it twisted, the aid to flood ravaged states were not donated by a country at war with another country but United Nations- an international organization. This present aid to North-East Nigeria we are referring was donated by Ukraine under the auspices (with the help and support), logistics, distribution and supervision wise of the United Nations! |

grandstar:Ignorance is a disease! So I won't argue ! If not for bad leadership and Myopic/tribalist Citizens like you , why will Ukraine be sending help to a peaceful Nigeria! What gave you the impression that not all Ukraine are being bombarded? Tell me the part of Ukraine that has not been hit since the beginning of the invasion? |

KORLAR:You think a country that is running fine will be happy to receive donations? Just because you don't like the truth does not mean you should defend rubbish |
| Re: Tolu Ogunlesi Replies Peter Obi On Ukraine's Grains by KORLAR(m): 7:32pm On Mar 05, 2024 |
drtwist:No country is happy receiving donations but the fact is even countries bigger than Nigeria receive donations. What Peter shouldn’t do is to spew and politicise falsehood to gain attention. |

drtwist:What ignorance? Is it Ukraine that has good leadership, one of the most corrupt and also one of the poorest in Europe before the war. In 1991, Ukraine and Poland had about the same per capita income. Just before the war, Poland was 5 times richer! Up to 2million Ukrainians' worked in Poland by 2020. Don't come preaching to me about Ukraine. When there was war in Ivory Coast, was the country not still exporting cocoa? Has Tinubu messed up? Big time Yes! That is the issue. That is the point. What was the problem in the first place? The problem is a loose monetary policy was being applied and that was why the Naira was experiencing a free fall and inflation galloping. The CBN was printing money for the government and it also kept interest rates too low which encourages spending rather savings. Until interests rates are increased, the excess printing stopped and more forex sold to the BDCs, things wont settle down.

grandstar:I appreciate the fact you decide to go calm this time ! We can actually make our point without insult and attack . Corruption is an international menace not limited to Nigeria but the effort our system/Government puts in limiting it is disastrous. During the Ivory coast war there was export but how will you feel if they were exporting it as Aids to China? Or better still Nigeria? If not for leadership problem why will a war tone country be rescuing us with grains ! Algeria is the second largest grain import in Africa but no country care to give them grain for free because they have a stable economic and more better leaders. Politics aside ! Tinubu did not have proper understanding of what will be facing him after the election! Aside the interior sector there is basically no other sector that have experience growth since he came on board . You will not understand what we have been drag into until you probably meet people that have lost their source of income because of Tinubu policy. |

ddippset:lol the question is irrelevant but Nigeria got the same grain from the same country and you're up in arms? Have you even looked at Nigerias agriculture export and it's value before talking? Yes we depend on oil but we also have other things going for us.....just educate yourself and stop being ignorant |
