So I’ve been using chrisvicmall for some years with no issues until some days back I placed an order that they help pay a supplier. This will normally take a Few minutes if it was within the Chinese working hours. I waited a full day with noting happening. All Chinese numbers were not reachable and only one of the Nigerian numbers was actually reachable. I could feel something was wrong until this when I got the bellow message from one of the Chinese numbers I’ve been calling. This guys are still receiving funds claiming to still be doing procurement.I am seeing people complain on Facebook of them both fulfilling withdrawal requests for 3 weeks. Something that is stated will take 7 days . At this point, with the exit of the Chinese guys , it is safe say the site has been taken over by scammers.

yes they did. But it doesn’t change the fact they are ending shipping services in nigeria. They say the procurement service will remain but already lapses like rude customer care agents and delays basically from the Nigerian end is starting to show up . Typical way we run our business

This is indeed a bad news, Chrisvicmall has been my reliable shipping agent for over 10yrs, sad that they are ending shipping services. They had issue with Chinese custom recently, hope it is not the reason.

You don't need to worry. Chrisvicmall is still in on operation, just that , our shipping services was removed. but Chrisvicmall still render other services like procurement

As for procurement , chrisvicmall still render procurement services sir/ma
So you don't have to be worried at all .
As for the ref id you sent. that order was processed that same day you forwarded it to me

Please who can recommend a good third party shipper like chrisvicmall, I need to ship to Nigeria and it as been a delima

Something is definitely wrong with Chrisvicmall at the moment, placed a procurement order (TEP280) since on the 12th July, 2024. Uptill now that order has not been fulfilled, messaged customer support on the website and WhatsApp, no response, messages are deliberately not read. This is a huge red flag, people using their services should be extremely careful, things are not as they use to be, I will not tag them scammers yet, but the delay and silence is a huge red flag.

the last payment order I made, I wouldn’t have if not that I already had the money in my wallet. It’s close to a week and my order hasn’t been fulfilled. No single Nigerian number linked to u people is on. Only the Chinese number which u respond only when u want. What a fall from grace. If you are not ready for business, take the site down and stop taking peoples money. In a few days I’ll take this matter up with the appropriate authorities. Your site has to go down until u are ready to do business
