Aina Dipo @dipoaina1 βIβm not an advocate of handouts or palliatives, I donβt believe in it. So it is high time we tell ourselves the basic truth. We need to feed ourselves. The next award you will give me is the largest producer of food in 2024. https://twitter.com/dipoaina1/status/1765329253405516149?t=nHWuWjZAf4DeeJ0WXgYeoA&s=19 15 Likes 3 Shares

The Lagos State Government is signing agreements with lots of states to provide agricultural products for its food processing facilities. Jubril Aremu Gawat @Mr_JAGs We are expecting another MoU signing with Kwara State also soon, Both Commissioners of Agriculture in Kwara and Lagos have worked on all the modalities. Just left for both Governors have a look at it again and put pen on paper. https://twitter.com/Mr_JAGs/status/1765463169827320318?t=Y-BUcqFEIq4f7mHWrp6-4Q&s=19 7 Likes |

LadyExcellency: Large scale farming is easier in the North. It is difficult to find large stretches of flat land in the SW. Our lands are punctuated by ancient gullies and valleys left behind by long-diasppeared streams and rivers. Then you have forests with large trees. Big farm machinery don't work well in this sort of environment. In the North you have flat lands that go on for several kilometres without obstruction. 55 Likes 1 Share |

Both States and Federal Government should get more serious about the food productions in Nigeria. Lagos State Government signed similar memorandum with Kebbi State during Buhari regime for rice production, by now we should be seeing positive effects of such projects in relation to rice availability in our Country. We pray things work out fine but we need to be serious with what we are doing. Eko o ni ba je. God Bless Nigeria. 11 Likes 2 Shares |

This is an initiative started by BRF then continued with HE Ambode when he signed same Agric produce farming MOU with then Kebbi State Governor, HE Bagauda, now the current Minister of National Budget and Planning. It's great that HE Sanwo-Olu, his successor, now with Niger state Governor, continued with it. There's always continuity of great initiatives in Lagos. We are known for that. God bless Lagos state and may God bless Nigeria for ever!Check my signature for free stuffs! 15 Likes 2 Shares
