What is wrong with your car?

Gear issue, i just replaced my bad gear few days ago but the D light keep blinking on the dashboard when I'm driving. The transmission isn't smooth as before. It takes longer time to move from gear 1 to 2.

I have scanned the car twice, no fault was detected.
The old gear was working perfectly before it got bad.

The best person who can solve your gearbox issue is oga Karma (with Oyo tribal mark), he is the best person in the city. Don't make the mistake of taking it to a Kazeem or you will later sell the car out of frustration. His workshop is almost opposite ADAMAC, Deeper Life Church on East West Road. Karma is a gearbox specialist and does not accept any other work, please be assured that you will not regret it. Thank me later.

How did you know your first gear box was bad?

I might not know the state of this 2nd gear without seeing it, but assuming it's good... the problem might not be the gear box itself.

Now, for the D light blinking, your gear selector switch beside the gearbox might be bad due to water ingress. You might have waded through flood. Water might have entered that selector switch. Troubleshoot from there.

You might also need to use original (not the China product) Honda DW-1 transmission fluid.

I am not currently in PH, but if you can wait for 2 weeks from now, I will help you sort it out when I'm back.

NOTE: I assume this second gearbox is sound. Call whoever that is with the first gearbox to keep it for you.

The attached picture is the selector switch.
