@solarengr I thought solar solution is a easy as bread & butter... plug & play,I bought & install two 500w pv if connected in series or parallel d voltage reads 0V but if connected individually the voltage reads about 47V. I can only use one panel what could be d cause? |

babalolaadebayor:100ah lead acid battery 180w (or 200w) solar panels 2units DC phone charger And you are good. You can add a DC fan even. If you are doing everything yourself, it should not cost more than maybe 300k to 400k to setup. Hello guys, I am a DIY Solar user to be and I have bought the following Items for my setup. 1) 2 550W Jinko Solar Panels (TechLand Solar) 2) 12v 3000w EASun Inverter From a fellow Nairalander 3) 12v 200A Full River Battery From Idyllic Tech. 4) 120A MPPT Charge Controller From Gennex Technologies Now, I need advise on every other thing I need to get to have my setup up and running (Cables, Change Over, other accessories etc. ). I would appreciate every tip and learnings from you all. Thanks |

SolarEngr:you should know beter when responding to people on here if you are meant to be a leader, you just don't type the 1st thing that comes to your mind, did you bother to read the next comment after the one in question? I am only on your thread cos I wanted to have Solar done in my house up to 10KVA any ways I'm off here. Now that you want to argue I will be specific, go to your 118th installation, those were your final installation and it was tacky.
