The training that enabled him to carry out such high risk and ground-breaking surgery was gotten in the US. How's this fact bigger than your cognitive ability.
I can bet there are more intelligent Nigerian doctors stuck in this country that can't imagine or visualize such procedure, talk more of attempting it.
I don't want to talk about the enabling environment and the availability of equipment to carry out such procedure in Nigeria.
In a nutshell, I'm simply saying that India is on another level because the doctors were trained in India and, most importantly, the surgery took place in India.
If you can't comprehend this, don't quote me.
u still haven't told me your problem exactly...there is nowhere in dat news that stated where all d doctors got their training from....Nigerian doctors are now seperating conjoined twins, performing numerous brain surgeries... Instead of you to jst appreciate d new breakthrough in medicine, you saw another opportunity to badmouth your country and her doctors...instead of looking for what you'll contribute to make your country great

Something is fundamentally wrong with us black people. This is my submission.

Good Question from an Intelligent souL.
It takes neural pathway to lift those limbs independently and not just surgically apposing and approximating bones, muscles and fascias through fracture fixation and skin suturing.
It also takes vascular repair to ensure supply to the neural pathway as in vasanevorum. A whole lot.
Let's hope it doesn't turn gangrenous in few days 2kom
Seems you're in the know of this. They must have thought of it and neural path relinking is the main idea. There's a technology for amputee arms still in trial, it is a removable arm that connects with electrodes patch and the robotic arm is capable of sending touch feelings to the upper arm.

The current population of India is estimated to be around 1.4 billion people, making it the second-most populous country in the world after China. India's population is growing rapidly, with the country adding over 10 million people per year. India's population growth is primarily driven by high birth rates, although the fertility rate has been declining in recent years. India's population is also quite young, with more than half of the population under the age of 25. This has implications for the country's economy, as a large working-age population is a potential source of economic growth.

All the brilliant minds Nigeria has are not based in Nigeria.

The thing is that our country is okay with being stagnant...

How do you explain the fact that we have several reports and recommendations that if implemented, Nigeria will be great but government don't want to implement any...

Orosanya report is 12 years

Confab report is 10 years

3 administrations has passed but it doesn't concent them

Nigeria should either be restructured or divided, else we will remain like this.

We've been doing same thing for years now and we're expecting a different result... No way
