This is Jesus Christ talking to believers on what to do when they are CURSED or despitefully used. Can a believer be despitefully used? Can a believer be cursed? In the new heavens and new earth, there will be no more curse.

Rev_22:3 And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him:

That is not to say that you must live under a curse, you can dodge curses by faith, by prayers and positive confessions, and sometimes by God's mercies.

You nailed it!

A born again can be under curses because there are curses that require specific attention.

Generational curses, ancestral curses, witchcraft activities, satanic exchanges of virtues, destiny etc need to be attended to specifically.

Even the disciples on their first missionary activities could not deal with some challenges brought to them and on telling Jesus this,Jesus said they require a different approach,he mentioned prayer and fasting

There are lots of Christians operating under satanic influences.

There is no such thing as a curse. It never existed. The only thing that curse man is sin..but even then when you become truly born again. And assume Christ nature. You become even dead to sin. Commit it all you want it cannot rival the nature of Christ. The Christ nature is such a solid nature all other nature bows to it.

This is human imagination of paying wrong for wrong. It is not so in the spirit. Jesus has taken the place of that woman and her children. Anything the should be done to that woman and her kids has been done to Jesus.

Any demon that tries to do otherwise will pay for it. The only way they can deal with the woman is to make her believe that the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross didn't cover her action.

Can a born again Christain be in debt?. Do all your physical debts disappear at the moment you give your life to Christ?.. If Physical debts are not written off at the moment of the acceptance of Christ, then spiritual debts like embargos and curses are not either. The Bible admonishes believers to work out their salvation with all diligence. Accepting Christ arms us with the tools to do that; that is to fight against our physical and spiritual liabilities, it doesnt exempt us from the battle, but it enables our victory.

Make una they deceive una self. I have seen a person that it was his father that was cursed not even him but the curse followed the father and all his sibling.
The man is death now 5 out of 9 of his children are dead now
This guy has been going from church to church hope God hear his prayer
Give what belong to caesar and God what belong to God
In my village there is sacred stream that fishing is forbidden.
A pastor came for crusade and went to the stream prayed and catched one big fish, the next day the pastor died.
My advice don't try do anything that will incur cursed on you

Your example here is not a very good one. You can't be Born again if you have not fully repented of your sins. Restitution is part of repentance.

How do you become born again? You ask God for mercy and He forgives ALL your sins. If God does not forgive ALL, you can not receive the Holy Spirit. If you do receive, the Holy Spirit, it means you are forgiven (not perfected) but then by whose authority are you then cursed after that?
Truth is you can only be cursed by what you authorise because God will not contradict the blood of JESUS in anyway. But you are still free to submit yourself to whatever you desire.

In addition to that which I've said earlier. Let's consider further Galatians 3:23 "Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us - for it is written "cursed is everyone who is hanged on a tree"

This verse underscores that through Christ's sacrifice, believers are redeemed from the curse of the law. Anyone who is saved is no longer under any curse. Christ has broken that curse through His redemptive work.

However, enjoying this freedom is dependent on the knowledge of truth that the Christian has, and their insisting on their new reality. This is because, the devil takes whatever space given to him and doesn't believe in fairness. Ignorance could be such space
And ye shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free (John 8:32)
The Just shall live (above curse, sin, penury, etc) by His faith (Habakkuk 2:4)
