Could it be the battery? The is Battery 4000mah. The phone gets hot and the battery percent reduces on its own without being used.

Use flagship Android phones like: Huawei, Xiaomi, Oppo, Google Pixel, Samsung, LG, Motorola, Umidigi etc. Tecno, Infinix, Itel are all entry level tech phones meant for African market.

A phone with a Ram of 2gb will always start to malfunction once u put files close to 16gb
Esp transition phones,if na Samsung it might not do that
