In terms of houses, Onitsha has the highest rental houses in Nigeria, as 4 decking houses are scattered all over the town. In Enugu, you will hardly see, 4 decking building, hence the high cost of most bungalow in Enugu.

enugu don't build high...4 decking is asking for too much...3 decking is not even common in enugu..its mainly 2 and 1 ..for places like abia and anambra 4 and 5 decking is common due to smaller land mass..
