My advise to you is to go and marry and marry right. I work and I earn money for my family.. I never taught life will be more easier for me in marriage.

My in-law loves me so much that they send alert randomly without me asking. Alert up to 500k. They are happy with the way I'm treating their daughter (this is not a new marriage). I make sure she doesn't lack anything.

Just few days ago as they always do and without me asking, they sent 20mudus of rice, oil, yam and all sorts of foodstuffs in large quantities.

I'm just blessed with good people around me. Marriage is a blessing for me.

How many in-laws are like yours out there?you are lucky it works out for you doesn't mean it will work out for every other person.
Mr OP, God will see you through this phase of your life, abeg avoid this pastor's advice,it is a trap.

Please comprehend what I wrote. Which is why I added.. "Marry & marry right".

Most times, we focus on the partner and completely ignore the in-laws. I did the same and never knew any of her family members until I got married. That was a BIG risk I took but luckily, it worked out fine.

If you marry a good woman with bad in-laws, it is exactly the same thing as marrying a bad wife with good in-laws.

I am not saying you should empty your problems on rich in-laws. My point is, in times like this, you need good people around you cos sometimes you can't do it all alone. They are your support system when the chips are down. Even though as a man, you must lean to work and take care of your family well.

Your point is clear sir and I still maintain the fact that you are lucky. Most parents who are wealthy will never give their support to their daughter marrying a man who is still struggling.Count yourself lucky you have such in-laws, not everyone will have such luck especially when you are not financially alright.

You still dey fill gas, it's not no more economical. Instead of you to go and get a coal pot and be buying charcoal. A full bag of charcoal is #3,000 now. And it will last you for months, if you're using and managing it well.
full bag of charcoal 3k? Pls where is that, bag of charcoal is 7k here... it's even more expensive than gas

Another pity story to raise funds again. The last time was a guy who couldn't buy bread with his last card and went about hungry cos his money couldn't buy bread he had hoped to buy for sustainance.

Things are hard for everyone right now, you guys should not turn this thing to a new format of cashing out on unsuspecting cheerful Nigerians oo.

Seems like you are because I don't know why you were trying to drag your neighbors that didn't give you theirs to use.

If things was fine for everybody, you won't be asking them. Nigeria is bleeped at the moment. It's all man for himself, can't blame others for not helping you because you think they have. Things do not work like that.
