Calm down joor, rest. If you are still not sure that rape cases are taken seriously In this country, go and rape someone and make sure you are reported or caught doing the crime. Your body go tell you. The Umoren killer and raper, how many times have you seen him on the street or at a mall or a university. That guy will never see the society again till he died.
