The measure, which only gained momentum in the past few days, requires TikTok’s parent company ByteDance to sell the app within 180 days or see it barred from the Apple and Google app stores in the United States.

It also gives the president power to designate other applications to be a national security threat if they are under the control of a country considered adversarial to the US.

The solution is simple. They do not 🚫 have to ban it completely.
Just open a Tick Tock USA 🇺🇸 subsidiary branch with headquarters domiciled in USA.
Then get us citizens and residents to use tik took USA in total compliance with USA laws and information sharing regulations compliant with USA standards .that way, all information about USA citizens is not sold to china.
Just like it was with binance USA.

If tik took USA violates any regulations and leaks info of usa citizens to china, only then it can be sanctioned or barred completely.
