It wouldnt be the old Biafra. although both states maybe founded on the same struggle or by the same groups, you will find out that alot usually changes, like the borders, legislation, flag and emblems, even the system of government.. Technically the first republic of Nigeria is different state from the second republic of Nigeria, like i said legislature and constitution and other factors, differ. Technically also USSR is not Russia. but due to certain factors, we rationalise and refer to them as the same. factors like eg. many people that where alive in USSR are still alive in Russia. if you actually knew history you would know that Cuba has been under American oppression for ages, even now. Do you think Cuban government would actually be happy with an american base up their arse? They should keep arming themselves. Do you think the rest of the world is watching. Europe and North America and their allies in Asia do not make up to 40 per cent of the world.
