Except opay, I don't know where those people developed their app from, if every banks are having issues, they hardly have any..

After having issues with almost all my commercial banks, I did 3 successful transaction on opay without delay, thank God I had enough money there to do the transactions..

You said can only? Was it fishes that installed it there, the problem is simple Black man(0ld generations) refuse to build it that's why it we had constructed this ourselves we don't need underwater cable, we black Africans need to really sit up.
