It's easy to know Ijaw land.

Anywhere Ijaw are not seen close to the sea, then it means it's not Ijaw land but was leased. Ijaw were fishermen who came to fish by the sea, hence anywhere they couldn't stay by the sea, then it meant that land was already occupied by others.

Anyways, old provincial map should tell everyone where everyone belong already. So I only see foolishness in anyone trying to lay claim over what's not theirs.
