Firstly, It’s important to involve a Lawyer in any property transaction.

The appropriate agreement for your Dad and Mr Musa to have entered into is “Lease”

However, you can still institute an action in court for repossession of land because the purchaser acquired equitable title over the land.

You need to involve a lawyer. Your lawyer will file a writ and an injunction against the adverse party pending the determination of the suit.

Chronic gambling is not a ground for Dissolution of marriage.
(1) Sodomy, Beastiality (2) Habitual drunkenness (3) Drug Addiction (4) Cruel beating of spouse (5) Committing sexual offenses… are grounds for dissolution of marriage.
