The person who said Ogun is barren may be from any of the 36 states in Nigeria, he may even be from Ogun state.

Why the needless comparison with SE Astate? With IGR? is igr development? What if we compare the whole SE with Ogun in terms of development, education, health, tourism, good roads and electricity...Ogun no even see Anambra state back.
