Where did Rwanda get the money to develop their economy within short period of time even for the fact that they have limited natural resources? Definitely they got rich through Congo's natural wealth.

That should be enough. Congo might have their own challenges but sending Rwanda troops or aiding the M23 in the East congo would cause Disaster for Rwanda.

Congo would only need to put their differences aside and fight their common enemy.

Paul Kigame shouldn't be allowed to be used by Western leaders against his fellow African neighbor

May God almighty bless you exceedingly for raising this topic.
I always wondered how they got the money to do all that they achieved.
As you rightly pointed out, a united Congo (Kinshasa) spells ultimate doom for Rwanda and their proxy allies.

SADC, Kenya in particularly from East Africa are planning of sending troops to Eastern Congo. Before the situation gets out of hand, Rwanda should just use their head

The rest of us said it times and times on several platforms: Tshisekedi ( the president of the Democratic Republic
of the Congo) is a wet chicken., an extremely weak leader. Don't believe it ?
Look at the following figures:

Population of the Democratic Republic of the Congo: 95.89 million (2021)
Population of Rwanda:13.46 million (2021)

Estimated natural resources of the Democratic Republic of the Congo
The Democratic Republic of the Congo is extremely rich in precious minerals, with an estimated US$24 trillion in untapped deposits of raw minerals in the country, including the world’s largest reserves of cobalt (51% of known reserves) and significant quantities of diamonds, gold and copper. In 2009, the country’s share of world cobalt ore production was 40%. The world share associated with other minerals in 2009 was as follows: industrial diamonds, 31%; tantalum, 9%; gem-quality diamonds, 6%; tin, 4%; and copper, 2%. More detailed information is provided by the industry sector. [ Not to count the Congo river and the lakes ]
( Source: National Investment Promotion Agency, https://www.investindrc.cd/en/Natural-Resources-and-Geographic-Profile#:~:text=Geology,of%20diamonds%2C%20gold%20and%20copper. )

With all this potential, the guy is unable to woo strong allies to defeat the enemy. He is relying on the very same ( Westerners) who are
sharing the spoils with Rwanda.
If that president Tshisekedi was patriot enough , he could have mobilized at least 10 million fighters to uproot the invaders for good,
See what types of bold actions Mali, Niger and Burkina Faso took.
They enlisted thousands of volunteers to go after the criminals self-styled 'Jihadists "
Today terrorists are on the run in those countries were terrorists bands are being annihilated on daily basis by military drones, helicopters and fighter jets . They buy weapons from Russia , China, Turkey and North Korea.

The black man is his worst enemy. Stop punting your failed government onto the west. Congo has been shit years even before the Rwanda genocide. They have endemic problems like Nigeria that has taken root for almost a century.
Stop smoking crack will make you look inward.

I totally agree with you despite our political differences....
What you should all realize is that Kagame is already hooked up by the west, the day he offends them he will end up like Charles Taylor with genocide charges against him by the world court.

If he his unable to do their will, they will remove him. My issue is him not getting Rwandans into another war.

It seems the Rwandans themselves like war cos both Tutsi and Houthi are still fighting themselves in East congo, one is M23 while the other FDIF or so
