Hello. Please I wish to inquire if it is mandatory for couples to go with witnesses for their Oath taking at the Federal marriage registry in Ikoyi. I am aware that two witnesses must be provided before marriage can take place but the aspect of oath taking is not well stated out. It was just written that the couple should return to the marriage registry on the date selected for oath taking. I need to be enlightened. Thank you. |
