Funny enough, all the tribes voted along tribal lines. I think the Hausas were even the most liberal. But come to think of it, none of the politicians have the good of the masses at heart. They are all thieves parading themselves as angels.

Nah... Canada lets in people from all over the world.

Every nation has a quota depending on the skills.

They have simply not been paying attention to the housing needs of their nation.

They have started doing that now, hence the need to put a halt on immigration, till they sort that out.

Once that is sorted, they will resume again.

Canada has a high need for skilled immigrants. Facts.

However, in future, they might have to be stricter with regards to number of those allowed in... They might even put a cap in number of dependants to be brought along.

So, it will be easier for young and single people or newly wedded people to come in than those older and with bigger family size.

There’s nothing in Canada to begin with. I live in the United States and that’s the only place I will live besides Nigeria. After I’m done with the USA, I’m going back to Nigeria. Nigeria is better than Canada or Europe.

Truer words have not been said. I won’t trade Nigeria for anything. “Developed Countries” ? Yes. But no joy. Everyone is pursuing survival without any sense of communalism. They prefer to establish “relationships” with dogs and cats than a constructive bond with fellow humans. Little wonder they don’t as much as greet each other genuinely.
