We don't even know what kills us back in Nigeria. There are a lot of people having cancer that will never know. You hear of the normal illness and sick for a long while and the person dies, which is the norm

Secondly if you realize of recent, cancer diagnosis have increased because there is more awareness and exposure

So maybe you are right about the western world having more but still cancer is under reported in 3rd world countries
