The good thing is Obidient movement is totally different from Labour Party.

We saw when crisis developed in PDP and Atiku was listening to Daniel Bwala, Dino Melaye, Phrank Shaibu, Timi Frank, Don Pedro-Obaseki, Dele Momodu, Paul Ibe, and Nduka Obaigbena and refused to resolve the crisis until it escalated. That was the indication that Atiku was bereft of leadership skills which included conflict resolution. All Atiku needed to do was sacrifice that partisan former PDP chairman called Iyorchia Ayu. His refusal led to him sacrificing himself too.

No sensible CEO would not do do what Atiku refused to do.

Then, APC was about to plunge into crisis, Tinubu met personally with all aspirants and ensured they didn't fight dirty. He even reconciled APC Cross Rivers, and Magnus Abe with Nyesom Wike. The only person who did not around was Emeka Nwajiuba, who took APC to court claiming that Tinubu be disqualified and he be given the ticket since he was from the SouthEast. He ruined his political career with that sense of entitlement. We also saw how Tinubu intervened in the crisis between Wike and Fubara to douse the tension in Rivers State, and the PDP governors commended him.

Then there is crisis in Labour Party, where is Peter Obi's conflict resolution skills, if any? Julius Abure is running the party like a personal business, and has been accused of forgery, manipulating party candidates, signature forgery on cheques and stealing. Such a party chairman would not survive in another party, but nattering nitwits support bad things so long as they are done by those they like. So far, Peter Obi has not conducted himself as a party leader, and therefore cannot be an effective opposition leader. He either uses his influence to take control of the party or he leaves the party.

With Julius Abure, the Labour Party is forever tainted.

I wonder why Peter Obi is not siding him this time, probably due to his current tour from one caliphate to another caliphate.

Why leave Abia state, the state your party is ruling, because of venue problems. All it takes is for the governor to name a location and it would be available.
