Guy do you know that the annual salaries of some officers is less than the price of many iPhones model?

Federal government can't be stupid enough to give a loan for officers to buy phones which is equal to their annual salaries.

If these are not proceeds of fraud, or confiscated from fraudsters, I will like to know how a Nigerian police is able to afford these high end, expensive phones
