Anambra is a useless state. I know because I did NYSC there over two decades ago, and up till date, no significant change. However, flood happens in all parts of the world including US, Europe, Canada, Australia, e.t.c. This nonetheless does not mean that Anambra will ever be as good as the worst slum in Lagos.
