Story for the gods! State governors sponsor their trips with state resources.

These herders who go about destroying people's farms don't own those cows.

You are to far to know what am talking about. whenever you visit the Airport during hajj evacuations, you will see Fulanis who used their money to pay for the Hajj. the local Fulanis are not politically exposed to be relavant and qualify for the state government hajj Largesse.

Even when I was single, I still buy from abattoir because I find it very cheap, and I'm a meat lover. I store meat upto 4 months, most of the time I dry it very well, like very dry.

Abattoirs are not pleasant trust me, but I'm already used to it. As a teen, years back,My father dey carry me go there go buy meat, and na for my head him go carry the bag put. Very heavy shiitt!
you must be strong. Meat dey heavy die.

Helping Hands: 9 Empowering Strategies to Support Your Loved One's Mental Health

In the intricate dance of life, mental health plays a crucial role in our ability to navigate the ups and downs. When a loved one struggles, the urge to provide support is a natural reflection of our empathy and affection. However, the path to effective support is often less clear. This guide explores nine empowering strategies to help you be a beacon of support for someone facing mental health challenges.

Open, Non-Judgmental Communication

Creating a safe environment for your loved one to share their thoughts and feelings is paramount. Open, non-judgmental communication fosters trust and reassurance. It's about offering an empathetic ear, asking open-ended questions, and validating their experiences without offering unsolicited advice or judgment.

Educating Yourself on Mental Health Issues

Understanding mental health issues is key to providing informed support. Educate yourself about the specific challenges your loved one is facing. This knowledge will not only deepen your empathy but also equip you with the insights needed to offer meaningful assistance.

Encouraging Professional Help

Encouraging your loved one to seek professional help can be delicate. It’s important to discuss this option with kindness and understanding, focusing on the benefits and gently dispelling common misconceptions about therapy and medication.

Being supportive of their therapy journey involves respecting their privacy while also offering practical help, such as reminders for appointments or assistance in managing medication schedules. Your involvement should empower them, not infringe on their autonomy.

Establishing Healthy Routines Together

Physical health significantly impacts mental well-being. Encourage and participate in healthy routines together, such as regular exercise, cooking nutritious meals, or practicing mindfulness. These shared activities can strengthen your bond and promote a sense of well-being.

Creating a Supportive Environment at Home

The home environment can be a sanctuary. Strive to create a peaceful, stress-free living space that supports relaxation and recovery. Simple changes, like reducing clutter or incorporating calming elements, can make a significant difference.

Encouraging Social Interaction

Social connections are vital for Mental Health Support Fort Lee[https://hwscenter.com] . Encourage your loved one to maintain social interactions, even if it’s just small, manageable gatherings. Being around others can provide a much-needed sense of normalcy and belonging.

Setting Boundaries for Yourself

Supporting someone with mental health issues can be emotionally taxing. It’s crucial to set boundaries and prioritize your own well-being to prevent burnout. Remember, taking care of yourself is not selfish—it’s necessary.

Celebrating Small Wins

Recognizing and celebrating progress, no matter how small, can be incredibly motivating. From abatwor keh.. am I cooking for an event that I'll go and be buying meat from abatwor?
Meat for only one person meal? Mba o. Besides I don't like storing meat cos it loses taste overtime.

Maybe when I have a family I'll consider bulk buying.

By the way Is the place not too messy? Make person no go carry one infection or cow disease biko . Can I stand the stench oozing from there?. Doubt.

Come let's be family.
