ok I was just having this argument with a friend and decided to bring it here.. Which is more appropriate: fruits (fruit salad) be taken before the main food course or after the main course as dessert..?! Nutritionists/Dieticians in the house should help us with the correct healthier way.. 🤞🏼 2 Likes

It depends on the fruit. From my own understanding too much fruit is not good. My boyfriend was very fond of fruit salads after eating. I make the fruit salads myself but the stress and demand for more of it got to me. So I told him to buy 2 of those big bottles of cashew nuts. I decided to substitute the fruit salad with cashew nut and yoghurt. Ever since then, it has become his favorite meal 1 Like |
