I made a comment not long about Africans and their religiosity and one dunderhead was insulting me. I just laughed it off, as usual.

Religious Africans are indeed funny set of humans, walahi. They are more Islamic than Arabs, more Christian than Europeans who respectively enslaved their forefathers and practically gave them those two foreign religions.

It's a shame bro. I'm so close to many Arewa muslims that in spite of their negative tendencies, I generally like them but I'm still unable to accept the stupid way they behave once religion is involved. I once had a serious friction with a friend over an argument we had regarding Hisbah. Quote me anywhere, Northern Nigerians would have been the best set of people you can find in this country if not because of their extreme and often dangerous attachment to religion.
