I am a neutral guy, many people on here think am anti- SW but no am neutral.
I have no regard for the big 3 .

Now,it has come to my notice that the igbos who are traders in many regions living peacefully and earning their livelihood from patronage of other regions and tribe have grown this blatant arrogance, and are fund of castigating other tribes forgetting that a lot of their prosperity rest on other tribes including foreign countries.

What if other tribes go into big time trade like the igbos, afterall many of our ancestors where actually traders in the past.

The monopolisation of trade by the igbos is making them arrogant

This derision against other tribes online must stop, limit your banter to your banter mates the Yoruba

I support you OP.
I will encourage every region to go into full trading.
These people are behind the high cost of goods just because we didn't vote for the Angulu warlord.
They have different prices for their customers depending on which region you are from.
They will sell goods at the normal price to their IG.bo folks while making sure other tribes pay double.
They keeping shouting shebi na una vote Tinubu.
I just wish we go our separate ways.

No body is stopping you from going into trading, dem no born the person. Actually competion is good for the economy, it brings out the best when it is done on level ground, unlike the qouta system and tribalism that has destroyed and stopped Nigeria from progressing.

If you beat them Igbos in trading, they'll leave it for you and go into multiple mini production.

When I say Nigeria has useless and hopeless people, people think it is hatred.

If igbos are Nigeria's problem them Nigeria has no problem but if Nigeria is igbos problems then igbos need God's special grace.

If Biafra had worked, Biafra would have been at par with south Africa but for Nigeria

You this Kogi state man. Please don't compare the Yorubas to those people.

You can try the Ijaw. An Ijaw man and his slaves (nude) from a particular region a few decades ago.

You guys are just too funny. It's someone that doesn't travel a lot that will believe the south west is like London.
Lagos is the smallest state in Nigeria. Since the military left power, has there been a major infrastructure being built there?
You think Igbos are your mate? The mentality of an Igbo is totally different from yours. All you guys know is to depend on politics and run the country down.
Israel is a small country and yet so strong and highly developed.
If the Eastern region had successfully broke out from the country, it will be in same category with Asian giants.
I just read about how the system in the country frustrated Air peace for more the 7 years in achieving some programmes.
The set of tribalistic bigots here in nairaland will eventually grow and take over from those already doing wicked acts in the country.
If you all don't like the Igbos is it not better you make them have their country and make visa very difficult for them to come to your country?

Trading is now online.. anybody can trade using websites or through social platforms. Saying a tribe has monopoly of trading is complete fallacy.

Absolute rubbish. Igbos just make the loudest noise, they don't have the Monopoly of trading anywhere in Nigeria except in the South East.

If Igbos stop trading today, the only thing I will miss is new auto spare parts, nothing else. And I believe other tribes will quickly fill the void.

I once worked in a town in Yobe where there was no single Igbo, they all left because of BH, the locals sold everything the Igbos use to sell.

I currently lives in BADAGRY, the only thing that takes me to Igbos is just my car's spare parts, my food, groceries, wears, medicals.... I get them from Yorubas.

There's nothing ingenuity about business, any fool with capital and good grasp of the venture can do business. They always make it look like they invented cancer cure.

Igbos and their ignorance.
Their life is all about noise and no substance.
Yorubas have always been several steps above Igbos since inception and it will continue because the gap is even getting wider ni.

In recent time,it is Statisense this,Statisense that while they are seriously slipping backward.
Even in education, the North now has more professors than the SE according to the NUC.

Just a few realities show Igbos need a lot to learn from Yorubas, their seniors in business and all other endeavors.

sweetheart nobody is stopping you dear
Infact it's even advisable so that there'll be competition.
An average Igbo trader is not scared of competition and will always figure out strategies to beat his competitors.
trust me if cement license is made public today, it'll fall to 2k or less because an average igbo man will enter the business and bring it down through competition.
An igbo man won't mind selling cost price just to retain a customer then with time start putting profits gradually to the buyer and before the buyer knows this, they're already hoodwinked with the seller.
you'll be wondering why they're patronizing only him.
some will say na juju but na strategy.
come to any igbo dominated market, there's something we call lines.
you'll see more than 100 shops selling the same thing in serial but trust me an average trader in that line has their customers and makes huge sales daily irrespective that they're all selling same thing.
till today most people don't understand how igbos pull this off.
it's not arrogance but tactics.
so sweetheart other tribes are free to enter trade but don't cry when the competition becomes stiff oo.
you wan follow igbo man compete for business?
