He was talking about pastors in Nigeria, not RCCG pastors.

RCCG is reported to have at least 32000 parishes across Nigeria alone, each with probably an average of 5 pastors(copastors, senior, junior/youth, etc.) per parish. When you consider that many of those parishes are manned by several Pastors, you will see how that number is not far from the truth.

99.7% of that number are Yorubas, a friend of mine told the nepotism and tribalism going on in that church. That if you are Yoruba you would be allowed to be a pastor,the least you can be is assistant pastor.
