Stop misleading the public. The general was retired not dismissed and there’s no evidence to suggest that his retirement has anything to do with the incident you narrated.

If his retirement was influenced, that's unfair

Oh I just check now and even FFK said he was sacked

FFK said he was removed; you said he was sacked. Are they the same thing? Removed means he was redeployed.

Please can you tell us what part of the country you are from, what you do for a living and what your relationship with the government and fulani/hausa politicians in Nigeria is?

Answers to above questions will reveal your motive for defending such calamity.

I don't think any sensible human being will defend terrorism in Nigeria and defend the punishment or elimination of those who try to tackle the menace of terrorism and banditry, especially as it's prevalent in the north.

Only sponsors of terrorism and people who are extremely stupid defend such actions online.

So what is your locus standi?

That era of people calling patriotic soldiers to release killer Fulanis is long gone.. wish the Army authorities could re-instate him but age factor would be a barrier now.

This is why politics is very important and everyone should pay attention to it.. a wrong person in power can destroy the fortunes of an entire country.

There were allegations that so many soldiers deserted the Army, some fled outside the country over injustice and their superiors allowing Fulanis free hand to operate and wreck havoc in some parts of the country.
We are glad sanity is gradually being restored.

Apparently, this comment was made by someone with a very low IQ. What part of my comment suggests that I am in support of terrorism? I was only trying to correct the OP's misinformation that the general was dismissed from the Nigerian Army, when in fact, he retired after serving for 35 years, which is the max anyone can serve, the service chiefs being the only exception.

The senior officer was a member of 34 regular course, who all retired in 2021, and his last appointment was not even at the theatre command but DHQ.

Stop trying to sound intelligent. Your first commend on this thread already gave you away as someone who's intellectually challenged.
