On January 8, 2024, at approximately 00:03:55 AM, an unsolicited credit of N230,000 was unlawfully disbursed into my bank account by Palmcredit Loans, under the guise of a purported loan disbursement. Notably, I had never submitted an application for any such loan, nor did I provide consent for such a transaction to occur. The manner in which this transaction occurred, akin to a surreptitious act "like a thief in the night," reflects a blatant disregard for ethical and legal standards.
By 6am when I woke up... I saw the credit alert of N230,000 to my surprise I saw palm credit.
as I open my WhatsApp... I saw a chat from this number +234 8136046230... with more info of the said "disbursed loan".

Even offering for me to refund the amount of N220,000 instead of the N230,000 Credited to me, by 8:00am I was the first to call their support about the unwarranted disbursement loan.

Still on whatsapp this number+234 8136046230 was insisting I do the refund asap
by then SMS came from PLAMNEWs
with the same message for repayment to the account below which I decliend
Account Number-9886046910
Bank Name-Wema Bank
Account Name-Paystack-Titan
Amount-220,000

Suspecting fraud.. I called the official number on the app "customer care" to report this chat again and assured the agent am refunding the amount and I dont need them to give me any loan offer again

In compliance with the directives provided by Palmcredit Loans' customer care representative, at about 09:10am I promptly refunded the entire amount of N230,000 to the designated repayment account on the Palmcredit app. An acknowledgment SMS confirming the successful repayment was subsequently received, reaffirming the completion of the transaction.
Following this incident, I took the precautionary measure of uninstalling the Palmcredit app from my mobile device so as not to have anything to do with them again.
However, to my dismay, on April 6, 2024, at approximately 02:01:42 AM, my bank account was subjected to a series of unauthorized debit transactions my first bank account of N16,275.43 By 02:08:49 I got another debit of N30,380.80 By 02:18:03 I got a Debit of N61,846.62 like a thief in the night. These three separate debits totaling N108,502.85 were executed without my authorization or consent. These debits, described in the accompanying alert SMSs as originating from Palmcredit, signify a clear violation of banking regulations and consumer rights.
Then to my surprise by 02:48 am I got a text again that I am eligible for VIP Loan, I was shocked to the predatory nature of your operations and persistent disregard for ethical business practices.

please guys help me oh... have sent countless mail to their customer service to no avail, how can I get back my money

How could Palmcredit withdraw money from your account if you didn't give them access in the first place.
Sometimes you people imagine you are talking to kids or what.
Open up with the full story.
No organisation can have access to your account to be withdrawing funds without being granted access.
If it occurs without your authorisation, which u have to prove, then it becomes fraud and you should report the bank to CBN for allowing such criminal withdrawal, though you have to prove it

I also had the same issue, an unsolicited amount of 16,500 disbursed to my account by palmcredit.
There's no need bothering their call center as they won't pick up, it's deliberate action and they'll start disturbing you when it's due date
