In due time, the court might likely declare his impeachment illegal and he may be entitled to all those benefits in arrears.

If the courts don't work in his favour, he can make up with Obaseki later and the same house of assembly will "forgive/pardon " him. That was happened with Femi Pedro in Lagos.

Femi Pedro was impeached in the last day's of Tinubu's governorship. He did everything possible to get the court reverse the impeachment but it never worked until much later when he made up with Tinubu and Lagos state house of assembly "pardoned" him. It was only then he had access to his pension.
