I am violent, rude and disobedient guy almost criminal. I don't want to end up in prison or being killed.

I'm trying to change to become a peaceful guy. I really envy peaceful guys.
Please someone help with advise.

Go online, download some materials that relates to what you want. Play them while you sleep at night.
Do it for like 90 Days then from the beginning start telling yourself
I am peaceful
I am gently
I don't just get angry
Keep telling yourself that and pour your energy to things that peaceful people do.
Create a public thread on your journey
Repeat the 90 Days plan again until you have mastered being peaceful
