As lagosian base on what I've been seeing from my childhood till now. That borehole is very substandard. Now I don't know how expensive boreholes are in the north. Because drilling here don't go so deep. In my hometown in Lagos we can't tolerate that as a free gift. But the northerners have to. It's a mediocre free gift tho. |
