I don't think she is going to win the Nigerian Army on this issue.Even the United States Army or any reputable military in the world will do the same thing.She should have finished her programme and returned back to Nigeria, continue her work for a while and then tender her resignation.

My advice is for her continue living in the UK till her death.I think she definitely knew what she was doing when she chose living the UK above her work in the military.

Every organization have their rules and regulations. Firstly, the military sponsored you and also ensured your estacode were duely paid. Secondly, whenever the military sponsor her personnel on foreign courses, the beneficiary must serve between 3 - 5 years in order to impact the knowledge before thinking of voluntary resignation. In addition, she went ahead to marry a foreigner which is against the ethics of the NA while still in service when she was suppose to tender voluntary resignation before doing such.
Moreover, she tried to be smart thinking the forwarded resignation letter would be approved. She has to submit herself for proper disciplinary action before she can be disengaged. If arrested in 100 years time, disciplinary action would be meted against her. You can't wasted tax payers money for selfish interest.

Asylum doesn’t work that way. To get a chance at asylum, she needs to prove that her life will be in danger if she returns. This is a clear criminal case and the UK will deport her gladly. She only risks imprisonment for her crimes of desertion and na even the UK style of military we dey use so they’ll deport her to send a message. If na by like that, every Nigerian soldier for don japa.

I tell u. My Younger brother in the military had opportunity to japa but came back to naija. When we asked him why he came back, he then explained everything to us.
