This dispute is not between civilians. They have nothing to do with it.

You are clearly trying to wind civilians up but it isn't going to work. Anybody can claim to be a soldier (or anything at all) on the internet.

The irony of the matter (for you at least...if what you claim is true) is that the case has even been referred to a civilian court and not a military tribunal. The very civilians you are trying your best to insult will still decide this case - unless the arbitration panel also declines jurisdiction.
