How many people dey wear seatbelts for cars?.. na negligence be one our major problems for naija... see wetin happen for third mainland yesterday... dem see smooth road na to over speed remain... you now tell me wen last u wear seatbelts if u no go lie.. na only wen issues set na him dey don break on top that matter for naija... mtchewwww

If the boat owner is alive, he should be held responsible for this drastic incident. How on earth will you take people across the sea without life jacket?
I once crossed the waters to link sea school in apapa some years back, I tell you, even with life jacket vest on me, the passing of a big ship beside us almost capsized our boat.

This is not just right from what am seeing in this video. See people that are educated and you expect them to observe safety precautions as to wearing safety gadgets. Travelling on a speed boat is not enjoyment without safety precautions is enjoyment, water no be anybody mate. What a terrible way to die.
It high time government pass a law on wearing safety gadget while traveling on our water ways and sanction erring transport companies.

I remember vividly in the year 2001,I was working at eleganza plaza in apapa Lagos, I was supposed to at a bank in Victoria island before the bank close and there was a heavy rain fall that led to terrible flooding and traffic jam, I have no option left than to go to floor mills at apapa and take ferry ⛴️ unfortunately the bigger ferry was not working except those smaller canoes 🛶 that takes 6-8 passengers, that 15minutes journey took us almost 45minutes from apapa to marina that was the worst transportation journey of my entire life and I would never try it again
