No Govt agency in charge of water transportation? No press statement. Is governance existing in that state?

Only Yoruba and Hausa/Fulani lives matter in Nigeria.

Nigerians do not bother about some states where nothing much is expected.

Lagos is where they were living. Lagos government failed them.

Governance in most States aren't scrutinised so any thing goes at State levels except in Lagos (and sometimes Kaduna)

NIWA and NIMASA depend on whose responsibilities should liase with state government on sensitization then enforcement of safety in water transportation in Nigeria which is widely used in Rivers, Lagos, Niger, Taraba, Kogi, Delta, Edo, Anambra and a host of other states with access to River Niger

If we scrutinize governance in 30 States as we scrutinize governance in Lagos and Kaduna States, so many things would have been fixed in Nigeria. Certain activities continue to occur because the people permit it.
