Actually I am a student, and I survived by doing home coaching, most of the people I worked with are Muslim and they all know it hasn't been easy for me and I am very hard-working.
Although I wasn't expecting anything from them to my surprise I started receiving calls and texts messages that there is zakat awaiting for me.
