Bro I remember around 2016 or 2017 when Rogers was Celtic coach before he came to Leicester, they went more than 55 games unbeaten. Kolo toure was one of their players then.

Breaking:
Head of fifa ref Collins
Says the last incident between Saka.and Neuer was a penalty as Neuer lifted his leg also towards Saka and there was contact enough to fall him down.

Swedish ref. has also acknowledged and apologize to Arsenal stating he didn't have a better view of the incident.

I am here to inform you guys how your season will end: TROPHYLESS because you're not going to win the UCL and everyone knows you'll choke the league.

The issue with the UCL is due to what you have above. That mentality can never win you the UCL.

That was never a penalty and Bayern 100% deserved theirs.

Stage 1 is to accept it. Think "we almost lost a game we should have won, why?" And then work on improving the areas- mostly mentality gaps.

This was the same noise you guys made before the game yet historical winners NEVER ever disrespect the opposition.

You can't just experience a purple patch and assume you've arrived. Teams with 5 of the last 6 EPL titles don't talk that way but you? That is the issue.

Anyway, you guys won't listen. You'll keep building castles in the sky and then you'll get humbled next week. After that, you'll go into free fall in the league.

Mark it. grin

I don't understand people's issue with Arsenal.

Nearly all of us including me agreed its wasn't a penalty.

I only brought news from football experts and co and all of a sudden our season is this and that.

Arsenal fans generally criticize their players more than other fan bases.

Pls take your complaint to your own club and mind your nose in our butter.

The ref said VAR told him there wasn't enough in it to give a penalty.

I have no issues with your club. It is with some of the delusional fans but they are connected in a roundabout way.

Your narrative feeds into the "we were cheated, we deserved to get a PK mentality" which does not win you anything but fake sympathy.

The right approach will be for sensible fans to be pushing for the deluded muguns to short their trap and realize that prematch predictions at home against an unsupported and flailing Bayern were wrong and that you did not deserve the PK you are clamoring for.

Then plan how to seriously improve on the performance against the 2nd leg. That should be the energy. Not this nonsense about what one referee said or did not say for an issue every one could see for what it was. A pathetic dive.

Don't worry. You'll learn.

Lol, it was 100% a stonewall penalty. That was always my stance real time and even after I saw the replays.

Many did not pay attention to detail. Neuer's right leg was moving towards Saka at the time of contact and the contact was strong enough to halt Saka.

Those were the only two things that mattered in deciding a penalty. It doesn't matter whatever Saka's intentions were. Argentina got a similar penalty vs Croatia and there was no outrage.

I think Wrighty, Titi and many gunners were just trying to be politically correct. Replace Saka with Harry Kane and see whether it won't be given.

Glad the ref body cleared the air.

Another record to be broken tomorrow? Arsenal haven’t kept a clean sheet against Aston Villa at the Emirates since May 2016, which was Arteta’s final game for Arsenal.

The question I have asked all 'no penalty' gang but have not received an answer is why would Saka after beating Neuer choose to not score but to stick his leg for a penalty? What does he want to achieve? Why would he do that? Why cheat when you have an empty net?

Put this question the other way, why would Neuer not want to foul Saka after being beaten. Did Neuer try to avoid a contact by pulling back his leg?
