The US has been warning Israel for days so shelters has been open and emergency services on standby more so too Iran moves it missiles in the street for US to see and warn Israel so as to minimize civilian casualties.

It is all drama so that it won't look as if they are fully in support of isreal.
They want this war badly and the truth remains that if Iran cows and doesn't retaliate, they will come again and again and again.
They will keep killing her scientist, military men, diplomats.
