I understand that my actions were not totally fair. I was mistaken and acted impulsively because i thought the amount paid was meant for express processing which i doubt he did but only actually filed for the certificate. I can only imagine how hurtful and frustrating this experience must have been for you, and for that, I am truly sorry.

I have no intention to destroy anyone's image/hustle and I am committed to being more thoughtful and considerate in my interactions with others, and I will strive to do better in the future.

I understand if you need time to process this apology, and I respect your feelings and perspective. If you are willing, I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this further and, if possible, seek your forgiveness.

Once again, I am deeply sorry for my actions. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to make amends.

Is the building secure? Has the client installed doors, windows and protectors? Is there anyone (security or workers) sleeping in the building overnight? Are any of the workers (POP guys inclusive) sleeping there or they come, do their work and leave at the end the day? Who locks up at the end of the day's work? Was there any sign of breaking and entry? Who supervises the workers?

Too many questions unanswered. This kind thing can be very painful o.

Beautiful roof plan, but in my opinion has too many unnecessary gutters making the roof more complicated, more expensive and more prone to leakages. All the best Sir.
