You are wrong. Any governor can wake up and sack any Commosionner. Commissioners are appointed, not elected. They can be sacked at any time, same way the President can sack any minister at the federal level.

You are very wrong. Commissioners are appointed by state Governors and he can sack them at any time. But in the case of Fubara, all the commissioners were hand picked by Wike that is why they are misbehaving. They take directives from Wike instead of a sitting Governor.
He should fire all of them and appoint his own set of commissioners if he really want to make progress on the state.
