To those of you shouting brown roof already.
Just know now and for once that the brown is a symbol of long time civilization in yoruba land.

It means that yorubas have been building houses since ancient times (many decades ago) whilst other regions were still bushes and undeveloped.

In fact many others were yet to have their own states or even roads while yorubas have been developing themselves and building houses.

Grey hair and old age shows experience and maturity .. No be today we start...and we are still building.... We never stop.....

Why is everywhere still brown ,op; next time give us the roads only forget about the drone pictures..

Ajimobi was the best, infact he was so impressive he broke the almost 40 years jinx by winning a second term in office , no civilian governor before ajimobi had ever gotten a 2nd term not even bola ige . The Reconstruction of the Bus Stop Gate-Oje-Beere-Oja Oba-Molete Under Bridge Road (10.8 km) is Nearly Completed

An update of the nearly completed reconstruction of the Bus Stop Gate-Oje-Beere-Oja Oba-Molete Under Bridge Road (10.8 km). The Bus Stop Gate-Oje-Beere-Oja Oba-Molete Under Bridge Road project is the first of two roads in Lot 2 approved for reconstruction on 5 December 2023 by the Oyo State Executive Council.

12 roads in Ibadan were approved to be reconstructed by the Executive Council under Lots 1 and 2.

The reconstruction of the Bus Stop Gate-Oje-Beere-Oja Oba-Molete Under Bridge Road (10.8 km) and the Oke Adu-Ode Aje-Aremo-Orita Aperin Road (3.5 km) are the two roads in Lot 2 being handled by Ratcon Construction Company.

There are three other road reconstruction projects currently ongoing under Lot 1 of approved roads to be reconstructed in Ibadan. The repair of feeder roads in Ibadan will be extended to every zone in Oyo State as it is a priority under Omituntun 2.0.

In as much, GSM is trying.
But there's no or any reconstruction on this road. We keep celebrating mediocrity.

We have road like Ajibode, Agbowo, Olodo Road, Bon Photo, Olorunsogo Road towards Amuloko, and many more that need total rehabilitation.

I was shock commissioner list road that are okay for re-construction. U.I Road towards Secretariat to Yemetu, Ikolaba Road, also this one mention above. All this road are fine for God sake, few maintenance.

Pls mention One reconstruction that took place on this road. This road need total clearance, Road side parking, street trading just like Gate presently.

Let face reality and stop celebrating nonsense.

All this GSM does is rehab or attempt to rehab a couple of roads to siphon Oyo state money. Who is doing the rehab other than his company. The man should not and cannot be compared to Ajimobi. Go to Mokola roundabout and see the eye sore he has failed to clean up. He passed it by there almost every week to go and play golf. Useless governor.

Some of the governor are trying but the contractor are really bad...those road can't even last at all....I have a case study in our area
