Fareke: Lies, if you have a case go to court. In reality you ought to be chiding EFCC for seemingly deliberately bungling the case....the more you look...the less you see 43 Likes |

Have the governor of kogi been asked where he is hiding him? The governor having immunity doesn't mean he can shield a wanted man. What the Bleep is wrong with Nigeria? How can a governor be hiding a fugitive? 64 Likes 8 Shares |

Johnjustice: You're being unreasonable just like the EFCC. What makes him unreasonable? When he sues the EFCC for declaring him wanted we'd be alive to witness 43 Likes 2 Shares |
Re: Kogi Ex-Governor, Yahaya Bello Plotting To Leave For A North African Country by Johnjustice: 8:26pm On Apr 20 |
Kewtt:He has to submit himself to EFCC. You cheap paid agents need to tell him to come out and face his crimes. A higher court upheld the EFCC's right to go after him, and besides a state court can not bar a constitutionally recognized institution like EFCC from doing its job. That state judge obviously is trying to be nice to Bello. 81 Likes 7 Shares |

Kewtt:An Abuja Court has...the point is, the state court have no powers to bar an investigating agency...the judge was being nice to Yahaya, because, obviously, he works for them(kogi state court judge). Your local kogi people can be naive and foolish but not Nigerians. 48 Likes 3 Shares |

Johnjustice: Then if "we" local Kogi people are naive leave us alone. However if you are intelligent all you have said constitutes grounds for the EFCC appeal. The FHC and SHC are courts of coordinate jurisdiction 45 Likes |

I don’t know who is advising Bello. With all the billions he looted, he should not be hiding. We all know EFCC’s prosecutors don’t do their homework and most times their cases are thrown out of courts. You looted billions, buy up the agency’s prosecutor so he can make your case even more useless and buy up the judges… Case closed! The justice system has already shown us how cheap they are. Na Ordinary man dey suffer for Nigeria. 11 Likes 2 Shares |
