I'm a native of Kogi. The blood of the innocent opponents and civil servants that Belo drank in his failed 8 years of rulership will hunt him to death.

it will be well with you for this. This is the question every well thinking person should ask the EFCC.
first they brought out a WANTED poster when they know exactly where the rat is.
Now this crap information.

EFCC should issue a public apology for wasting public funds and wasting Nigerians' time.
Exactly my position. I don't know why people are going emotional over the matter. You can do nothing. The agency empowered to act is bungling the case up... No one is querying them for such untidy execution of their statutory duties. If na bobrisky na so EFCC prick go they charge like unripe plantain

EFCC is an irresponsible agency.

You declare wanted a man everyone knows his location, of course only EFCC doesn’t know where Bello is in Nigeria.

This joke is on you cheesy
Move forward to the jokes section.

But why is yahaya bello running, when he was looting, didn’t he remember to loot the one he will use to hire at least 10 SANs? Just like one former abokii that hired SANs to defend his certificates

Agreed. But that doesn't mean EFCC should not do a tidy job. It's disheartening passing through Kogi. In this matter I blame the EFCC for a bad job. Who knows maybe there are inside moles therein.

I don’t know who is advising Bello.

With all the billions he looted, he should not be hiding.

We all know EFCC’s prosecutors don’t do their homework and most times their cases are thrown out of courts.

You looted billions, buy up the agency’s prosecutor so he can make your case even more useless and buy up the judges… Case closed!

The justice system has already shown us how cheap they are.

Na Ordinary man dey suffer for Nigeria.
Absolutely correct 💯

You are a brainwashed dimwit. Go see how your Kogi state looks like a glorified village and you are here defending a thief that impoverished your state.

It pains me to know I share the same country with people like you. Pathetic

Have the governor of kogi been asked where he is hiding him?

The governor having immunity doesn't mean he can shield a wanted man.

What the Bleep is wrong with Nigeria?

How can a governor be hiding a fugitive?
in case he escapes, the governor should be made to answer. We can't continue running the country like in the zoo.

EFcc should have attached money to this information, and I am very sure that his closet par would fish the criminal out immediately.

Am Abuja Court has...the point is, the state court have no powers to bar an investigating agency...the judge was being nice to Yahaya, because, obviously, he works for them(kogi state court judge).

Your local kogi people can be naive and foolish but not Nigerians.
Why wasting your time on this miscreant?

You dare tell him he is being unreasonable while it is you who is unreasonable? Was he not wanted by the authorities?did Ododo not go and take him away to evade arrest?is that not harbouring and aiding a wanted man/fugitive? So to you aiding a wanted man evade justice is being reasonable?
Re: Kogi Ex-Governor, Yahaya Bello Plotting To Leave For A North African Country by torqque7(m): 4:17pm On Apr 21
Johnjustice:

He has to submit himself to EFCC. You cheap paid agents need to tell him to come out and face his crimes. A higher court upheld the EFCC's right to go after him, and besides a state court can not bar a constitutionally recognized institution like EFCC from doing its job. That state judge obviously is trying to be nice to Bello.

Don’t mind them, they have been paid to speak up for a wanted man and criminal. Even they themselves know that they are supporting rubbish but they must do the job they are paid for.

He knows all these things you are saying,he knows the Kogi judge is under Bellos payroll,he knows the state cannot fight the federal govt, they know all these things but normal corruption will not allow Nigerians do the right thing. And NOT all Kogi people are naive and foolish but yes a lot of them there in Kogi state are.I am from Kogi state and I know majority of us don’t like Bello and he and his party were not voted for even in the last election.

Ododo isn’t the choice of the people,he was forced on them by the wicked Bello man just the same way he forced percent salary on them. I just weep for my state and the foolish people because I can’t understand or believe APC will even get a single vote there but the corruption and hunger has so twisted the brains of the poor bastards that they sold their votes on the Election Day for 2k,just imagine o..that’s why I pray and hope they all die because they and their likes in other states are the real problems of Nigeria

Nigeria is one of the few countries where you can still find such shameless sycophant... protesting in behalf of a wanted man who obviously robbed the state blind.

The Supreme Cot has ruled severally that Courts do it have the power to prevent law enforcement agencies from carrying out their constitutional duties. However some Judges either due to pecuniary or other reasons continue to misbehave. It is not surprising that it is a Kogi State High Court that is trying to prevent EFCC from doing its duty in regard to Bello.

He who comes to equity must come with clean hands. You cannot get a court to give you a court order that is contrary to Constitutional provisions and then tell EFCC to appeal it or obey it. It is an abuse of court process and an attempt to subvert justice. Even the High Court Judge and Lawyers involved should be penalized for attempting to undermine the judicial system and erode its integrity.
