In China this man would've been sentenced to death. I read somewhere that for 7years workers weren't paid their salaries. Tufiakwa.

Bello's case should not be used as a negative stereotype to classify youth leadership. He is on his own.

The same people are arguing that state court can't rule over Ganduje but suddenly state court can rule in favour of Bello

quote author=Johnjustice post=129545520]
He has to submit himself to EFCC. You cheap paid agents need to tell him to come out and face his crimes. A higher court upheld the EFCC's right to go after him, and besides a state court can not bar a constitutionally recognized institution like EFCC from doing its job. That state judge obviously is trying to be nice to Bello.

Of?

Immunity has ended, he should be arrested since he won’t voluntarily go to the EFCC after several letters inviting him over.

Only a lackey or paid agent would take sides with the Governor here, I’m thinking you’re both

We all berated the EFCC for raiding Rochas’ residence to arrest him, now I’m beginning to see reasons with them

The commission said in a bulletin that "anybody with information as to his whereabout should report immediately to the Commission or the nearest police station."

EFcc should have attached money to this information, and I am very sure that his closet par would fish the criminal out immediately.

I don't just understand the coward idiot and heartless animal calling himself white lion instead of white chicken was running Helter scatter.
This Nigeria were any currup case can be settled by the same so call government or keep adjoing the Court case for many years, but the idiot was ignorant running up and down. Oliriburuku omo kekere.

Then if "we" local Kogi people are naive leave us alone. However if you are intelligent all you have said constitutes grounds for the EFCC appeal. The FHC and SHC are courts of coordinate jurisdiction

Imagine what a human being is saying. Do you know how many people committed suicide due to bello not paying salaries? No jobs creation. Bello was just stealing left and right and you are spitting trash. Tomorrow you'll go tonpray to God to forgive you? You will burn in hell.

Yahaya Bello is not the only youth to have become a governor ad most of you erroneously think.
Nigerians have been using Yahaya Bello as yardstick to measure performance of youths in governance forgetting that their are many other governors earlier who were younger than Bello as at time they were sworn in.

Let's even assume that Bello is 48 years as written here, it means he became governor at the age of 40.
Now the following people became governor at less than 40 and they include
.1. Chimaroke Nnamani of enugu state 38
2 Orji Uzo Kalu of Abia state. 39
3 Lucky lgbinedion of Edo state. 39
4 Donald Duke of cross river. 38
5 Sani yerima of Zamfara state. 39
6. Ibrahim Saminu Turaki of jigawa 36 ( the youngest)
Note that all the above were born in 1960 and were all sworn in in 1999 except Turaki who was born in 1963

Again James lbori of Delta state was born in 1959 so he either became governor at the age of 40 or 39.

The aim of this comment is to make it clear that many other young people have been governors before , even younger than Yahaya Bello, the only problem is that some of us were very young in those days and so could not notice the youthfulness of these governors

Bello is not the only youthful governor, so it will be wrong for you to judge the youths base. On Bello's performance.

6 Saminu Turaki of jigawa state ( note that Turaki was sworn in at the age of 36 and finished at the age of 44 )

Also note that James lbori and Rabiu Kwankwaso were the same age with Bello when they became governors.

it will be well with you for this. This is the question every well thinking person should ask the EFCC.
first they brought out a WANTED poster when they know exactly where the rat is.
Now this crap information.

EFCC should issue a public apology for wasting public funds and wasting Nigerians' time.
