Don't speak out of ignorance, the only people that can represent and act on behalf of the president are only official office holders appointed by the president and the vice president.
It is unconstitutional for any other category of persons to perform the functions of the president

Use your critical thinking skills, it's not about respecting women. If the woman is the president are you saying the husband should be commissioning projects related to the president? I no know how adults they reason sometimes.

Take away your emotive assertion, it is not legal for someone who is unknown to law repressing the president when his cabinet members are there to perform those duties in his absence. This is not about gender equality or affirmative action, it's doing what the due process of the law says , law is law it is what it is and not what it should be.

If you become a public servant you will really abuse the dictates of the constitution blatantly.

At this stage of our independence we can't build ordinary boat shameless leaders. Take that boat to aba they will duplicate it. Look at China they duplicate themselves into world power that America think twice. Use what you have to achieve your goal. The Nigerian military has failed us in every area and those generals would have been thrown out of a skyscraper if they were in Russia. They failed us in security, economic and political independence. When Americans budget for defence who benefit job creation. The war in Ukraine America is making double money not Ukraine. Nigerian military should be employing anybody that can make anything. Buying from Turkey we just helped their economy while ours is suffering.

From what you typed above has proved the level of ignorance and illetracy in this forum and that has informed my decision of not joining issues with many of you here
Secondly, most of you here kids that are just taking advantage of the digital age to be having senior conversations or taking part of senior jokes cos ordinarily, most of you are not up.

So, in this age and time, you don't know that it's usually the female folks that commission ships? You don't know it's a standard Naval tradition for such to happen? Do you know how many ships president Roosevelt's wife commissioned? Even that of Regan..If you want to crictisice the president do it constructively and not appearing as dumb as FFK in the process...gosh!
