I do not believe your 2 and 3. This is because, the North have more Breweries compared to other regions.
Easy access to raw material.

Remove Kano from your list
Sabongari is the only place you can consume alcohol in Kano
From Royal palace to Simon place , a beer is even more expensive than the average bar in Lagos
Zoladon. Matrix. African center , European center ( prices of beer is also the same price as Lagos
Places like Tahir and Bristol which are high end are also competitive to high end hotels in Lagos

Sokoto (only place you can get a bottle of beer is airport road and Kwanawa
A bit of Giginya hotel too
Or you go to mammy where it is cheaper ab it

Bauchi ( ATBU way )
Bubbles, Old Trafford etc is where you can only drink alcohol except you go to hideouts which isn't safe enough
Beer isn't cheap there also except you go drink in mammy
Gombe (Tunfure ) same as bauchi
Adamawa ( Jimeta or Nurman ) Wayam hotel or Barracks road is where beer is sold as you can't consume beer anywhere .
There are joints and hideout in jimeta though ( brothels ) and
Beer is cheaper here though compared to Lagos as a bottle of trophy still goes for N500

Kaduna is where beer is consumed very well in Aves and Zaria more than anywhere in the north
Barnawa (Libya road ) Disney Park and a host of hotels sell beer at high prices like the average price in Lagos
Sabo , Kaakuri , Angwua-pama , Television, Malali. Narayi all sell beer in lounges , bars and open bars and beer isn't cheaper than you get in Lagos
Inface places like Disney park which is an open bar and lounge and Bridge park in Narayi sell higher than the average bar in Lagos

Zarin (GRA) na here beer cost pass
Zarin has only one club which is situated close to the barracks but a lot of hotels and bar s in PZ area and GRA

Zamfara ,there is this hotel in Gusau ,cant remember the name , also supermarkets sell beer in can
But na mammy sure pass as beer is sold cheaper than you get in Lagos
Mammy anywhere in the north sells beer and chops like a sun and catfish everywhere

Katsina (Yaya madaki way ) has lots of bar s who sells beer and that is the only state with Minna in the north I know which prices are way cheaper than prices in Lagos

Minna (Tunga and Minna town has big hotels that sells beer and chops both large and small bars
So in conclusion , demand is low in the north , but due to the fact that beer is harem due to sharia laws , you can only get it in restricted areas ,so everybody goes there to drink and prices are not relatively cheaper as people think since they know you don't have a choice than pay .

The same way wharfs are in Lagos but Igbo people are the major importers.

The same way the major travelers are Igbo people and Hausa people but the busiest airport is in Lagos..

For the wharf, blame mother nature for making your land landlocked without access to the sea.

For the number of travellers, it is not anyone's fault that you run from your region as if there is a war there. Lagos had an airport since 1947, what were your fathers doing then?

Tar this is a lie.. a bottle of Budweiser beer is a thousand naira here, but I was surprised to go to awka ibom last month for a traditional wedding, and bought it for seven hundred
It depends on the setting too.A neat and cozy place will sell it at a higher price. Also, the demand for Budweiser in most states is going down.

There is an increase in demand of beer in the south while decrease in demand in the north will result to low price of beer.

Beer is cheaper there for many reasons. Some of the reasons are:

1.
Rent and labour are cheaper there. It is cheap to rent a bar and pay waitresses.

2.
Higher rates of poverty and illiteracy in the region positively hinder ostentatious lifestyles there.

3.
The demand for beer is low there for religious reasons. The lower the demand for a product, the lower the price of the product.

4.
Another possible reason is that there may be many breweries in the North.
Only number makes sense here.

The other points stated makes absolutely no sense, besides the fact that 4 and 3 contradicts each other

1. Why is it more easier to get admission into the universities in the North

2. why is their cut off marks always very low compare to other regions?

3. Why is basic level free education very common in the North?

4. Why is it very easy to join the Army or other force when you're in the north?

5. Why is all the military colleges, schools and training all in the north and easier for them to access?

5. Why is it always easier for all the vigilante groups in the North can be converted to the military? How many vigilante groups have ever been converted from the South?

6. How come you're being asked to go through all those process both offline and online when you want to apply for any force. And how come the North only take a walk into the barracks and boom they're with the uniform?

6. Why do they always say you must be tall before joining any of the force. But from the you will see short short people wearing uniform and high heels shoes even as the commanders??

Abi na today you hear say the man that annulled the most credible election in the history of Nigeria is from the North and still alive? Did he not once again contested to become a democratic president? THE SAME DEMOCRACY RETURN HE SINGLE HANDEDLY DENIED MORE THAN 200M NIGERIANS WITH HIS MILITARY UNIFORM AND GUN.

Abi na today also you hear say Abacha who refuse leaving power, also was killing anybody who ever rose to speak and also looted Nigeria almost dry and deposited money in almost all the banks in the world is from the north.? And his government were not paying civil servants for years. And nobody get mouth to talk until he died in power. Was he not from the North?

So na alcohol matter we wan come dey discuss about. I don't do that!

PLEASE CLOSE THIS TREND. THIS IS HYPOCRISY AND EYE SERVICE.

your questions should be directed to Nigerian Breweries. I'm sure they will be glad to tell you it's not their business how retailers decide to sell their goods.
